Letter in response to the COVID-19 epidemic

March 19, 2020

Along with the rest of the Nation, we have been forced to step back and evaluate the impact which the COVID-19 epidemic is having on our community, our valued clients, our employees and our families.  The Internal Revenue Service has recently announced an amendment to the deadline for filing and paying individual income taxes to July 15th of this year.  The extended time will allow taxpayers to focus on their families during these uncertain times.

Along with so many of our associates, we have made the decision to temporarily close our physical offices and be available to our clients remotely.  Our efforts to prepare your returns will not be compromised as we protect the well-being of our employees.   We are ever mindful of the consequences that this pandemic will have upon the economy and understand that there may be a multitude of issues you wish to discuss with us.  Feel free to email us at any time to address your concerns. You may reach us at our email addresses: tony@cnwcpa.com; dee@cnwcpa.com; and yvonne@cnwcpa.com.

We have several options to accommodate drop off and delivery of your filing information.

  • Client portals with file exchange capabilities to deliver information to and from our office digitally secure.
  • Data may be emailed to and from our office via the above email addresses.
  • Data may be faxed to and from the office at 239-542-1815.
  • Data can be supplied and delivered via US Mail.

Please contact our office should you require any further information on any of these options.

Our main concern is that our employees, our clients and all of our families remain protected throughout the next several weeks. Thank you for your support. Stay safe and stay informed – we will keep you updated as circumstances improve.

Sincerely,

Constantino, Nelson & Werline LLC
